Ralph Robertson Obituary – On Monday, May 1st, 2023, Ralph Robertson passed away at his residence in Quanah. His passing occurred early in the morning. At the First Baptist Church on Friday, May 5th, at ten o’clock in the morning, there will be a funeral service. The Reverend Wayne Hollinshead and Dr. David Smith will preside over the ceremony. It was on November 13, 1956 in Elgin, Texas that Ralph Randle Robertson was born.

His parents, Olen Oscar and Mirtie May Cargill Robertson, both passed away before his birth. The United States Marine Corps was where he served his country. On the 22nd of June in 1974, Ralph tied the knot with Susan McGhee in Mexico. He was famously referred to as the “Godfather of the Oilfield” due to his position as an Oilfield Area Manager. Additionally, he enjoyed going to casinos, flea markets, and golf. He was devoted to his wife and family.

Being around other people and assisting those in need brought Ralph a great deal of happiness. Among his survivors are his wife, Susan Robertson, who resides in Quanah; his children, Cody Robertson, who resides in Quanah; Kristin Pryor, who resides in Abilene, Texas; and Monique Reeves; his grandchildren, Clay Robertson, Cambria Robertson, Channing Robertson, Emery Reeves, and Edrick Pryor; his great-grandchildren,

Brooks Robertson and Paxton Robertson; his siblings, Maggie Lane, Pete Houston, Joann Evans, Debra Botkin, Doris Faske, Linda Robertson, and Rita Robertson; and a large number of nieces and nephews. Ralph was preceded in death by his sister, Rosemary LaCaze, as well as his brother, Tommy Robertson. His parents, Olen and Mirtie, both passed away before him.
